The higher the packaging speed, the shorter the heat sealing contact time and the corresponding increase in the sealing temperature, but the sealing temperature is too high, easy to damage the packaging materials. Therefore, the sealing temperature also limits the working speed of the machine.

Due to the influence of material measurement, packaging film and sealing effect, vertical bag-making and packaging machinery cannot simply improve the speed of mechanical operation to improve the actual packing speed. On the premise of ensuring packaging quality and accurate measurement, from the perspective of practice, the three-in-one action of “bag-feed-sealing” of vertical bag-making packaging system should not be higher than 100 / min. Since the speed of single column packaging has the upper limit, it is natural that the design of packaging machinery begins to develop from single column to multi-column, which well solves the need for high-speed packaging of small bags.
